Bela Recruitment is hiring a GIS Analyst in the Dungannon area, Tyrone area of Northern Ireland. Salary – £30,000 - £40,000+. Open to Graduates or Experienced Hires. Location – Very easy to commute to from Dungannon, Armagh, Portadown or Cookstown. Immediate interviews and start dates are available in early 2026.

Responsibilities:
- You will create, edit, and manage spatial datasets to support internal systems and project tracking.
- Prepare maps and spatial data for design and build teams.
- Maintain and develop GIS databases as required.
- Support field staff and projects by troubleshooting GIS tools, including mobile apps and web maps.
- Support staff with ArcGIS software issues.
- Help design and maintain Survey123 forms and mobile data collection tools.
- Provide spatial analysis and geo-processing tasks as required.
- Help drive process improvements within GIS and avail of tech advantages.
Requirements:
- We are open to everyone from Graduate Level to Experienced Hires on this job.
- HND, Apprenticeship or Degree in GIS or similar subject such as Geography.
- Experience with software such as GIS software, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience of or desire to learn – ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS online suite.
- Technically minded, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to data analysis, datasets including spatial data.
- Team player, great communication, interpersonal, organisational and planning skills.
- Driving Licence, willing and able to travel to sites across NI on occasion.
