Bela Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Order Processing) to work in Dungannon, Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The Company is a brilliant local employer with a supportive team.
You will be processing sales orders from 3-4 key accounts daily (No Cold Calling, all sales come from existing business customers, which have long-term contracts and will be calling or emailing daily to place orders). Training provided & career progression opportunities. Immediate Interviews & Start Date available.
Responsibilities- Answering calls and emails from key accounts in a professional and supportive manner.
- Provide help with general enquiries - such as stock availability, lead times for delivery, and invoice queries.
- Process sales orders onto the IT system and help customers use the online portal for ordering.
- Create pick notes for the warehouse staff to build orders, report on key account activity, conduct stock adjustments on the IT systems, and process product exchanges.
- Ensure all contract service agreements are being followed to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support internal departments with key account queries.
- Previous office-based customer service experience, ideally processing sales orders & providing great customer service to business clients.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Informative, friendly and supportive attitude.
- Ability to prioritise and manage your daily workload with strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Word & Excel and willingness to learn the in-house IT system.
- GCSEs (minimum of 4 at grade C or above, including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications or experience.
- Salary between £26,000 - £27,000 + annual salary increases.
