This Tyrone business specialises in the design and manufacture of their own range of advanced machines. This business is a secure & growing business, keen to strengthen their team with an experienced design engineer thanks to a large future order book and demand for their products.
Responsibilities:
- Designing static recycling plants, creating drawings using SolidWorks.
- Improving product designs and driving innovation across mechanical systems.
- Preparing Engineering Drawings, Bills of Materials, Project Planning, and collaborating with stakeholders & customers.
- Identifying any mechanical issues & finding solutions during the design and manufacturing process.
- Ensuring all designs comply with each country's/customer standards and criteria.
Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering degree or similar.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Ideally 3+ years designing heavy equipment for material processing.
