Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Brand Executive (Marketing Manager) reporting directly to the MD, you will develop and execute the company's marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement across all products.
- Develop and implement annual brand plan and budgets.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, analyse sales info and conduct market research to drive marketing strategy.
- Plan & delivery all marketing campaigns, to timescales and within budgets, such as;
- New Product Launches, manage websites, build photograph & video portfolio.
- Creative development, visual and messaging.
- Video and CGI creation.
- Technical and Promotional Literature, taking ownership of brief, copy content, photography, design, production and distribution.
- Advertising campaigns β Direct Mail β PR β Events β Point of Sale β Social Media β PPC Campaigns β Email Marketing.
- Provide marketing support for sales teams, agents, distributors and customers.
- Support junior marketing team with development.
Requirements
- Min 4+ years B2B Marketing Experience.
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related subject.
- Ideally experience of marketing in construction or manufacturing sector, but will consider other sectors.
- Ability to learn technical information and communicate it in a simplified & accessible way.
- Strong people, project and organisational skills.
- Strong experience across a range of marketing formats β Digital, SEO, Email, Socials, Traditional, Events.
- Excellent communication skills, driven to succeed and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage marketing projects, which drive effective sales, growth and market share.
