Bela Recruitment is hiring a Sales Manager to work from Lisburn, Co. This business is a specialist construction services and hire business with a long history of servicing customers across Ireland, offering specialist products and services.
To be seriously considered, you must have strong sales experience and construction knowledge, industry contacts, and awareness of the sector. You will be an experienced Sales Manager/Rep with a proven ability to drive growth in this specialist business, possessing strong knowledge of construction, civil engineering, construction rental, or a piling type background.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing new business
- Managing current key contractor and hire accounts
- Promoting technically compliant support solutions across infrastructure, utilities, and groundworks projects
- Leading sales activity in your region
- Working closely with engineering and operations teams to support projects from enquiry through delivery
- Growing sales of support and shoring systems
- Developing and managing key contractor relationships
- Identifying new project and market opportunities
- Negotiating commercial terms and delivering profitable growth
- Providing technical sales support and project input
- Leading and motivating sales activity (small NI team)
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in construction, civils, infrastructure, or equipment rental
- Strong knowledge of trench support, shoring, or temporary works equipment
- Full driving licence
