Assistant Marketing Manager

About the Role
This is a hybrid position where you will play a supporting role in both the evolution of the OOH UK Channel and the development of the Kiri brand. You will assist in the creation and execution of OOH campaigns, gaining hands‑on experience with digital innovation and audience‑targeting strategies. From aiding in the development of brand plans for Kiri to supporting the marketing initiatives of the OOH UK Channel, your role will be dynamic and varied, with a strong focus on assisting business development and the overall growth of OOH channels across brands.

Brand Development: Support brand development efforts across our portfolio of brands, including the creation and refinement of artwork, conducting feasibility studies, support with P&L management and developing compelling selling stories.
Customer Support: Provide dedicated customer support to wholesalers and chained accounts, organize and actively participate in customer meetings to strengthen relationships and address customer needs.
Promotional Planning: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing promotional plans for wholesalers, work in close collaboration with the National Account Manager (NAM) to ensure alignment and effectiveness of promotional activities.
Performance Review: Conduct monthly performance reviews of key business metrics, including sell‑in and sell‑out data, to drive continuous improvement and identify areas of opportunity.
Sponsorship: Manage relationships with sponsors and develop a comprehensive marketing calendar, create relevant marketing assets for various touchpoints throughout the year, such as digital platforms and trade shows, drive the development and execution of creative advertising campaigns that align with brand strategies.
A&P Management: Oversee all aspects of advertising and promotion management to ensure impactful and efficient use of budget.

Brand Development: Support brand development efforts across the Kiri product range including the creation and refinement of retail sell‑in decks, product demonstrations and developing compelling selling stories.
Artwork Management: Manage updates and creation of packaging artworks across the portfolio.
Content Development: Develop always‑on content relevant to the UK market and support the development of the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline.
Performance Tracking: Conduct monthly performance updates and track NPD performance, using data to provide recommendations on support strategies, key price points, category trends, and opportunity assessments.
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred (experience in food service is a huge plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
- Proven ability in business development and growth.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience/Exposure in P&L management.
