Senior Sous Chef required, annual salary up to 37K plus service charge circa 5K. Hourly rate available.

Bel & The Dragon Odiham underwent a significant 1.5M refurbishment last year and the business is thriving and is looking for the right person to make sure year two post refurbishment is even better! We are a complete team of around 50 individuals, we boast 16 boutique hotel bedrooms, with a large garden terrace of around 110 covers, an 80 seater open plan restaurant with an open pass, 12 cover Private Dining room & bar areas.
