At Bel & The Dragon Odiham, we are proud of the exciting journey the business has been on following our successful 1.5 million refurbishment last year. With beautifully redesigned spaces, boutique bedrooms, a thriving restaurant and bar, and a strong reputation for exceptional hospitality. We're now looking for a Deputy Manager to join our leadership team and support the General Manager in driving the business forward.

You'll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations, future planning, supporting and developing the team and maintaining high standards across every area of the business. We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. This role is perfect for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a busy hospitality environment and enjoys developing and motivating a strong team culture.

We are a complete team of around 50 individuals, we boast 16 boutique hotel bedrooms, with a large garden terrace of around 110 covers, an 80 seater restaurant, 12 cover Private Dining room & bar areas.

Bel & The Dragon Odiham, a Grade II-listed former inn with features dating as far back as 1540, sits in the historic village of Odiham near Hook in Hampshire. Bel & The Dragon Odiham offers fifteen beautifully appointed bedrooms.
