Westerham is a premium pub, restaurant and 13 bedroom boutique hotel that attracts a strong leisure customer base from across the local area and beyond. The business benefits from a balanced sales mix of approximately 40% food, 30% wet and 30% rooms.
With an established reputation for quality, excellent guest feedback, and a growing accommodation business, Westerham offers a significant opportunity for an ambitious General Manager to drive the next phase of growth.
Planned investment, a strong kitchen team and a prime location within a prosperous catchment provide the perfect platform to build sales, develop the team and enhance the guest experience.
We're looking for a commercially astute and people-focused leader who can maximise opportunities across all areas, inspire high-performing teams and establish Westerham as the destination venue of choice for guests throughout Sevenoaks, Oxted and the surrounding villages
What we can offer you:
Our General Manager contracts are 40 hour a week over 5 days, business needs can influence this but we never "celebrate" working too many hours!!
GM bonus is up to 100% of your salary
