This role aims to deliver the strong growth objectives of the company’s brands within the Independents Channel, focusing on market share and margin contribution through negotiation and effective management of retailer customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and implement an account plan that exceeds defined business objectives in terms of brand and product mix, volume, and margin.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key customer personnel to ensure excellence in product knowledge, availability, and financial management.
- Ensure that store Owners, Managers, and Independent electrical retailers are fully supportive of our Account Plans.
- Prepare and maintain an effective promotional plan for each customer.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly volume forecasts.
- Maximise the company’s shop floor display coverage.
- Gain a good understanding of market movements and competitors’ activity to identify opportunities and threats for individual product categories and develop and implement plans accordingly.
- Manage pricing policy in accordance with strategic and detailed objectives of brand positioning and margin expectations.
- Minimise pricing errors and payment problems.
- Investigate methods to improve net customer profitability, considering costs of business (e.g., supply chain, service).
- Maximise client satisfaction through regular and systematic customer review meetings and daily analysis of key indicators.
- Ensure Beko Company’s leading status in customer training programmes.
- Ensure all customer staff have a full understanding of Beko’s Company After Sales Service.
Minimum requirements:
- Experience of selling domestic appliances or other FMCG products in a highly competitive nature is highly desirable.
- You will be an impressive negotiator, networker, and relationship builder with strong presentation ability and a very team-spirited approach.
- Familiarity with the appliance market will be a huge asset; you must be confident, resilient, and tenacious.
- Excellent negotiation skills.

- Highly numerate with good Excel data analysis skills.
