Beko UK&I are looking for a talented and experienced E-commerce Website Manager to join our Ecommerce team. Reporting to the Head of D2C, this multi-faceted role will help to deliver a wide range of digital projects and the day-to-day management of our Direct to Consumer Websites and Marketplaces and CMS. Ultimately, the focus of this role is to help drive our business forward by delivering our digital objectives, including improvements to our user experience, website traffic and increased conversion, and Sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management of our existing websites and CMS, including adding/updating content, campaign and landing page setup and data management.
- Manage four Hotpoint websites (two D2C websites and two internal websites) using multiple content management systems, ensuring seamless content updates, optimized navigation, and enhanced user experience.
- Manage analytics (GA4, Fullstory and Hotjar), leveraging analytics to track performance, improve engagement, and drive data-informed content and UX decisions.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to enhance onsite performance and drive measurable business growth.
- Manage content optimization projects and lead launch of new products in all four websites.
- Effective triaging of all incoming requests from multiple business units, assessing their requirements and communicating updates to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Working with regional team to ensure features and projects are delivered to spec, on time, and budget.
- To support the day-to-day trading of the eCommerce website, working closely with key stakeholders to drive conversion and growth.
- Track monthly and ad-hoc Digital metrics, reporting progress using Google Analytics, and other tools. Managed in-house and developing insights to make recommendations to increase conversation rate.
- SEO management including content optimisation, automated/manual technical checks, page speed optimisations, search console and SEMrush. Working closely with external SEO agencies and content resources (internal/external) to implement recommendations.
- Website testing for new feature launches, including regular website audits to ensure an optimal customer journey. Regular use of cross-browser/device testing.
- Creating and managing documentation of existing/new features and processes.
- General admin, such as data updates, raising purchase orders and invoices.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role within a commercial environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with demonstrable project management skills that facilitate project prioritisation and successful delivery.
- Good technical background with understanding of Web technologies and infrastructure, working with and closely managing third party suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- A track-record of pro-active collaboration with multiple business units to deliver impact.
- Degree-Level or equivalent technical/digital qualification.
- Strong HTML and CSS experience, required for CMS management.
- Strong understanding of website design and UX to help improve customer journey and brand impression.
- Strong SEO knowledge and hands-on experience implementing SEO strategies.
- Strong Google Analytics experience and Google Data Studio.
- Good knowledge of GDPR and data transfer best practices.
- Understanding of eCommerce trading and overall website management.
- Basic image editing skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Previous experience with Vtex ecommerce.
- Knowledge of programming concepts is desirable due to working closely with development agencies.
- Good understanding of website technologies and infrastructure, including DNS, Cloud.
- Exposure to/experience with CRM and email marketing.
- Previous experience with large websites and CMS migrations is desirable.
