Beko UK&I are looking for a talented and experienced E-commerce Technical Leader to join our Direct to Consumer team. Reporting to the Head of D2C, this multi-faceted role will help to deliver a wide range of digital projects and the day-to-day management of our Direct to Consumer Websites, Marketplaces and CMS. Ultimately, the focus of this role is to help drive our business forward by delivering our digital objectives, including improvements to our user experience, increased conversion, and sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee daily technical management of e-commerce platform and multiple websites, CMS, including content updates, campaign setup, landing pages, and data handling.
  • Manage four Hotpoint websites (two D2C and two internal) from a technical CMS perspective, ensuring seamless updates, optimized navigation, and strong user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using GA4, FullStory, and Hotjar to drive data-informed UX and content improvements.
  • Lead CRO initiatives to boost onsite performance and contribute to measurable business growth.
  • Drive content optimization projects and coordinate new product launches across all websites.
  • Triage and prioritize incoming requests, collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of features, and track/report digital metrics to support eCommerce growth.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

  • SEO management including content optimisation, automated/manual technical checks, page speed optimisations, search console and SEMrush. Working closely with external SEO agencies and content resources (internal/external) to implement recommendations.
  • Website testing for new feature launches, including regular website audits to ensure an optimal customer journey. Regular use of cross-browser/device testing.
  • Creating and managing documentation of existing/new features and processes.
  • General admin, such as data updates, raising purchase orders and invoices.

Minimum requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role within a commercial environment, with a strong focus on the technical management of e-commerce platforms.
  • Solid technical background and practical experience with web technologies and infrastructure, including close collaboration with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders and multiple business units.
  • SEO expertise, including implementation of SEO strategies and practical experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and PowerBI.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS, essential for CMS management.
  • Good understanding of website design and UX to enhance customer journey and overall brand experience.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, with strong project management skills to ensure effective prioritisation and delivery.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a technical/digital field.
  • Good knowledge of GDPR and data transfer best practices.
  • Understanding of eCommerce trading and overall website management.
  • Basic image editing skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience with Vtex ecommerce.
  • Knowledge of programming concepts is desirable due to working closely with development agencies.
  • Good understanding of website technologies and infrastructure, including DNS, Cloud.
  • Previous experience with large websites and CMS migrations is desirable.
