Reporting to the Head of Currys, the National Account Manager (NAM) will be responsible for managing and developing Beko Europe’s business across an assigned set of product categories within the Currys account.

You will own the full commercial relationship — driving profitable sales growth, managing joint business plans, delivering category objectives and ensuring flawless execution across the customer journey.

This is a high-impact role within one of our most strategically important accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales performance across assigned Major Domestic Appliance (MDA) categories within the Currys account.
  • Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans aligning customer and company objectives.
  • Drive volume, revenue, and profitability targets in line with annual budgets.
  • Lead range reviews, promotional planning and product launches in collaboration with marketing, supply chain and category teams.
  • Analyse market data, sales trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (finance, marketing, demand planning) to ensure seamless execution and account service.
  • Create bespoke promotional plans for your categories which will not only drive results for Currys but will waterfall down to the rest of the business.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships within Currys — particularly with buying, merchandising, and category teams.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and business updates to the Head of Currys and wider sales leadership.
  • Represent Beko Europe professionally at customer meetings, trade shows and business reviews.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager within the Major Domestic Appliance, Consumer Electronics or FMCG sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth with major UK retailers (ideally Currys or other national electrical retailers).
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insight.
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder at all levels.
  • Highly organised, results‑driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient use of Excel.
  • Degree‑level education (or equivalent professional experience).
