We are offering contract or perm opportunities with the option of travel and accommodation assistance. A national contractor is delivering a large scheme in Newquay and needs a mechanically-biased manager to take ownership of the site. You’ll lead the mechanical package, coordinate trades, and keep the project moving safely and efficiently.
Day to day:
- Managing mechanical installation teams
- Keeping the project on programme
- Ensuring quality and safety on site
- Working closely with the project manager and client
What you’ll need:
- Mechanical background (building services engineering)
- Site management experience with proven trades background (Plumbing or pipefitting)
- SMSTS and relevant CSCS
- Confident communicator and organiser
