Mechanical Site Manager sought, Newquay / Cornwall. Bekk R are actively seeking Mechanical Site Managers to join a national contractor overseeing a sizeable scheme in the Newquay area. We are offering contract or perm opportunities with the option of travel and accommodation assistance. If you’re a Mechanical Site Manager who enjoys running major projects and wants guaranteed long-term work, this role is worth a look.

A national contractor is delivering a large scheme in Newquay and needs a mechanically-biased manager to take ownership of the site. You’ll lead the mechanical package, coordinate trades, and keep the project moving safely and efficiently.

Day to day:

  • Managing mechanical installation teams
  • Keeping the project on programme
  • Ensuring quality and safety on site
  • Working closely with the project manager and client

What you’ll need:

  • Mechanical background (building services engineering)
  • Site management experience with proven trades background (Plumbing or pipefitting)
  • SMSTS and relevant CSCS
  • Confident communicator and organiser
