The Role
- Working closely with experienced Contracts Managers and Senior Leadership, you will receive ongoing support and development to build a successful career in Mechanical Contracts Management.
- You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of project delivery, including client management, procurement, commercial control, programme management and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the management of mechanical building services projects from inception through to completion.
- Supporting procurement of materials, plant and subcontractors.
- Attending project, client and site meetings.
- Monitoring project progress against programme and budget.
- Assisting with cost control.
