Mechanical / Electrical Project Engineers sought, South West / Bristol. We are currently recruiting for experienced Mechanical / Electrical Project Engineers to join a leading engineering team delivering major projects across the South West out of their Bristol hub. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong MEP project delivery experience to play a key role in delivering high-value projects from design through to completion. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, driving quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of mechanical / electrical packages
  • Promote and embed a strong Health & Safety culture across all project activities
  • Support pre-construction and project commencement procedures to ensure compliance and minimise risk
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and opportunities
  • Review and improve installation methods to meet client requirements while maximising project efficiency and profitability
  • Provide accurate site progress and commercial reporting
  • Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, industry regulations, and legislation
  • Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support project delivery and future business opportunities
  • Manage project close-out activities, ensuring quality standards and commercial targets are achieved

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering major mechanical or MEP projects
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent understanding of project risk management, compliance, and client engagement
  • Solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
