The selected candidate will focus on providing legal advice and representation to clients on UK immigration matters, with a particular emphasis on developing well-prepared and robust strategies for visa and citizenship applications. The role may involve work across a range of immigration matters, including business and talent-based routes, sponsor licence matters, and long-term residence applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising case preparation carried out by immigration caseworkers, where appropriate

Required Experience
  • Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales
  • 2–5 years’ PQE in UK immigration law practice
  • Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
