The firm works with an international client base, including a significant number of Turkish-speaking clients, and is committed to providing strategic, client-focused legal advice with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and high professional standards.
This is a full-time, remote position. The selected candidate will manage their own caseload of UK immigration and nationality matters, working with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with supervising solicitors. The role involves handling client matters from initial instruction through to submission and decision stage, including client communication, document review, evidence strategy, and preparation of high-quality applications and supporting representations. The role may involve work across a range of immigration matters, including business and talent-based routes, sponsor licence matters, family applications, and long-term residence applications.
Key Responsibilities- Managing own caseload of UK immigration matters with limited supervision
- Handling client enquiries and leading initial information gathering
- Preparing and drafting visa and citizenship applications
- Drafting detailed supporting representations and client correspondence
- Advising clients on document requirements and application processes (under solicitor supervision where required)
- Ensuring files are prepared to a high professional and compliance standard
- Maintaining accurate case records and file management
- Delivering high-quality client care in both Turkish and English
- At least 2 yearsβ experience working in UK immigration law (essential)
- Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken) (essential)
- Strong drafting and document preparation skills
- Experience handling client communication directly
- Ability to manage workload independently in a remote environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and compliance awareness
