About The Role
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and managing all quality activities within the plant location. This role ensures that products meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance.
Your Impact as Quality Manager
- Lead and manage the site Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
- Act as a member of the plant leadership team, promoting a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Ensure product quality across all stages of production, from incoming materials to finished goods, including suppliers and subcontractors.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using structured problemâsolving tools (8D, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Coordinate and lead internal, customer, and thirdâparty audits and certification activities.
- Develop, coach, and manage the Quality team, including training and performance development.
- Support production teams with technical quality guidance and problem resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, product quality, and waste reduction.
About You
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field with minimum of 5â7 years of experience in QMS.
- Proven experience in a Quality leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
- Experience managing audits, certifications, and customer quality requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence crossâfunctional stakeholders.
- Strong problemâsolving skills using structured methodologies (8D, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Change management mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
