The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and managing all quality activities within the plant location. This role ensures that products meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance.

Your Impact as Quality Manager

  • Lead and manage the site Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
  • Act as a member of the plant leadership team, promoting a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure product quality across all stages of production, from incoming materials to finished goods, including suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using structured problem‑solving tools (8D, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Coordinate and lead internal, customer, and third‑party audits and certification activities.
  • Develop, coach, and manage the Quality team, including training and performance development.
  • Support production teams with technical quality guidance and problem resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, product quality, and waste reduction.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with minimum of 5-7 years of experience in QMS.
  • Proven experience in a Quality leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems; Experience managing audits, certifications, and customer quality requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills using structured methodologies (8D, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Change management mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
