Purpose and Mission

This role combines team leadership with a focus on improving processes and quality.

You will lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent results while driving initiatives that enhance safety, boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.

  • Key Activities and Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and empower a diverse team to achieve operational goals while fostering accountability and ownership.

  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies with a track record of successful implementation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
