Purpose and Mission

If so, we’d like to meet you. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes that ensure performance, quality, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and contribute directly to operational excellence and successful product industrialization.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes and tooling solutions.
  • Lead automation and continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Drive smooth industrialization of new products to serial production.
  • Develop and maintain PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
  • Analyze production data, identify root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimize process layouts, capacity, and workflow to ensure operational stability.
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure robust and reliable processes.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.

Skills

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or relevant industry equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
  • Strong understanding of machining, parts production, and automation processes.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
  • Knowledge of PFMEA and Process Control Plans.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong ownership.
  • Independent, innovative, and improvement‑driven personality.
