As HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant and people‑focused HR operations at site level. You will support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to a positive and stable industrial relations environment.

Key Activities and Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of local HR initiatives, processes and systems aligned with HR strategy.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Actively support the recruitment process, including drafting and maintaining job descriptions.
  • Design and deliver effective onboarding experiences, ensuring new hires integrate quickly and successfully.
  • Assist managers in performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and follow‑up actions.
  • Support the handling of disciplinary and grievance cases in line with company policy and local legislation.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, fully compliant with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Review employment terms and working conditions to ensure ongoing legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and support constructive relationships with trade unions, contributing to sustainable social peace at site level.
Skills
  • Business‑oriented mindset, with initial exposure or experience in an HR partnering role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of core HR disciplines, including pay & benefits, recruitment, learning & development and employee relations.
  • Good knowledge of labour law, employment regulations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Well‑developed organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation.
  • Practical problem‑solver, able to exercise sound judgment and decision‑making.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and reliability.
Previous Experience
  • Proven experience in an HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar HR role, ideally within an industrial environment.
Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
