As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant and people‑focused HR operations at site level. You will support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to a positive and stable industrial relations environment.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of local HR initiatives, processes and systems aligned with HR strategy.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Actively support the recruitment process, including drafting and maintaining job descriptions.
- Design and deliver effective onboarding experiences, ensuring new hires integrate quickly and successfully.
- Assist managers in performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and follow‑up actions.
- Support the handling of disciplinary and grievance cases in line with company policy and local legislation.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, fully compliant with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Review employment terms and working conditions to ensure ongoing legal and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and support constructive relationships with trade unions, contributing to sustainable social peace at site level.
- Business‑oriented mindset, with initial exposure or experience in an HR partnering role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of core HR disciplines, including pay & benefits, recruitment, learning & development and employee relations.
- Good knowledge of labour law, employment regulations and disciplinary procedures.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Well‑developed organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation.
- Practical problem‑solver, able to exercise sound judgment and decision‑making.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and reliability.
- Proven experience in an HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar HR role, ideally within an industrial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
