About the role
A proactive and detail‑oriented Quality & Process Technician will support our production operations and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.
In this role, you will ensure product quality, process compliance, and operational efficiency, working closely with Process Engineering and Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate production issues to minimize downtime and ensure quality standards.
- Perform shop floor inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify gaps between operations and SOPs, and support corrective actions.
- Document findings from audits, inspections, and investigations.
- Support the development and improvement of process specifications.
- Participate in GEMBA and BMS audits to drive continuous improvement.
- Inspect key process components and coordinate with maintenance for replacements.
- Escalate issues and follow up on corrective actions (e. g., Kaizen).
- Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles and inspection processes.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills and confidence to elevate issues when needed.
- Comfortable working with MS Office and standard IT tools.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern.

- Technical diploma or qualification in Engineering/Production.
- Experience with internal audits or QMS.
