We are looking for a Senior UX Designer based in London / Copenhagen.

As a Senior UX Designer you will:

  • Work into our Design Director, designing and delivering specialist UX for digital experiences, apps, ecommerce, SaaS and HMI.
  • Design for big brands players across luxury, automotive, marine, aviation, manufacturing and technology.
  • Execute UX and CX on projects, with a core focus on UX research, definition, design, and prototyping, including development of concepts and working end-to-end through the UX process.
  • Effectively communicate concepts and detailed designs through storytelling, prototyping and sketches.
  • Contribute to driving new opportunities, creating case studies, crafting design proposals, presenting and pitching ideas and designs to client teams and on behalf of client team to their stakeholders.
  • Take part in and learn how to deliver Design Sprints, Innovation Labs, Usability Labs and key workshops delivered for clients.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of projects from concept through to delivery, managing priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align UX efforts with overall project goals.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to junior designers within projects, helping them refine their skills and processes, and offering constructive feedback on design work, aiming to foster a supportive environment for growth and learning.
  • Actively participate in internal projects and initiatives that benefit our collective of freelance designers, sharing insights and resources that enhance our internal community and foster ongoing professional development.
  • Support initiatives that improve workflows and collaboration practices, helping the entire team deliver impactful work.

About You

  • You’ll have 3-5 years of relevant industry experience delivering UX, CX or Service Design across digital solutions, apps, ecommerce, SaaS, and HMI.
  • You’ll benefit from having a background in any of UX Design, Interaction Design, Psychology, Consumer Behaviour, Human Factors Design, or a related discipline. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • You\’ll have solid experience with end-to-end UX processes, from discovery and research to detailed design and delivery.
  • You\’ll be ambitious and driven, eager to smash it out of the park working with some of the world’s top brands.
  • You’ll bring a first-class design mind, able to effectively envision, explore and express rich visual designs.
  • You’ll be able to generate ideas, a natural storyteller able to bring concepts to life quickly through iteration and prototyping.
  • You’ll have strong attention to detail and love mastering your design craft, taking ownership of work.
  • You’ll love collaborating and be comfortable planning, prioritizing, and managing timelines to deliver projects that meet quality standards.
