About the role
We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to lead the development of BeInCrypto's institutional research product from strategy to execution. You will define research priorities, oversee institutional-grade reports, and turn research into a scalable commercial product. This role combines analytical thinking, product ownership, industry relationship building, and public thought leadership. You will work closely with editorial, product, design, and commercial teams to create research that drives both industry impact and business growth.
What you’ll do:
- Own research product, define strategy and most engaging angles, set quality standards, oversee report production and quality control
- Shape research output into commercial products: recurring reports, data indices, premium subscriptions, sponsorship opportunities to maximize monetization potential
- Build and leverage a network of institutional experts and data platforms for exclusive insights and co-production partnerships
- Host video interviews and present research findings to increase reach and build brand credibility
- Identify institutional buyers (exchanges, funds, market makers, infrastructure) and flag partnership opportunities to the sales team
You are the perfect match if you:
- 5+ years in financial journalism, institutional research, market intelligence; research product end-to-end ownership and business development experience is a plus
- Tier-1 media outlet or research firm experience
- Building partnerships with data platforms and sourcing expert relationships records
- Comfortable on camera and presenting at live events
- Fluent English
- Product-minded: you understand research as a business asset, not pure editorial
- Willing to partner with commercial teams to monetize research without compromising quality
What we offer to you:
- 100% remote work with no location restrictions.
- Flexible working hours with no time tracking and no mandatory meetings outside your timezone.
- Paid time off to recharge.
- Direct collaboration with the CEO and executive leadership on research strategy and institutional initiatives.
- Access to leading data platforms and research tools, among which are Glassnode, CryptoQuant, Messari, DelphiDigital, LunarCrush, Nansen, Santiment, Dune, and others.
- Opportunities to build your personal brand through speaking engagements, podcasts, conferences, and media appearances.
- Access to major crypto and fintech events around the world.
- Internal learning programs, masterclasses, and knowledge sharing.
- Clear goals, measurable outcomes, and a data-driven culture where your work has a visible business impact.
- An inclusive workplace where everyone, regardless of background, nationality, gender, identity, abilities, or beliefs, can thrive.
