The Executive Assistant serves as the primary strategic partner for the Chief Sports Officer & MD UK, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. This includes preparing, checking, coordinating, enhancing organizational output by optimizing internal approval workflows, overseeing executive reporting, and managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the London leadership office. The Executive Assistant ensures effective communication and scheduling of meetings and events with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the coordination and efficiency of the Chief Sports Officer and MD UK scheduling & operational logistics.
- Liaison with internal and external executive offices to coordinate complex executive schedules and process internal documentation in line with the company’s approval procedures.
- Regular review of schedule, meetings & operations with CSO/MD and team as needed with ongoing support for the Central Acquisitions team.
- Representative of the CSO/MD UK office with all internal London based colleagues, supporting MD UK functions as required.
- Responsible for all domestic and international executive travel.
- Document preparation, agendas, and correspondences for the executive office.
- Coordination of all meetings related to the schedule, including preparing agendas and following up on action items.
- First point of contact for the Chief Sports Officer and MD UK.
- Expense management for the Chief Sports Officer and MD UK.
- Maintaining tidy and well supplied offices and IT management for the office of the CSO and MD UK.
- Support with meeting planning & preparation in conjunction with colleagues across relevant functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience of working at Executive Level within an international corporate environment.
