We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support beIN’s London-based Legal and Anti-Piracy teams.

The group distributes and produces an unrivalled array of entertainment, live sport and major international events across 5 continents, 43 countries and in 7 different languages spanning Europe, North America, Asia, Australia and the Middle East & North Africa (MENA).
THE ROLE: You will be responsible for the day-to-day diary management, meeting agendas, team administration and contract approval process for the UK Legal and Anti-Piracy teams. You will also manage all travel arrangements for the team in the UK and globally.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing high volume of contract approvals and signings in line with beIN’s protocol and maintaining centralised log of all signed contracts
- Amending draft contracts, letters and reports based upon changes and amendments by the legal team
- Preparing draft agreements (based upon templates) for certain lower value rights acquisitions (under supervision from legal team)
- Co-ordinating SRA practising certificate renewals for the qualified lawyers within the London legal team
- Co-ordinating, where required, with the beIN global legal teams and external lawyers
- Management of team expenses and external legal invoices in co-ordination with the finance team
- Responsible for co-ordinating couriers for legal contracts, receiving documentation and co-ordinating with external contacts to ensure legal documentation has been received
- Management of the filing system for the legal team
- Providing administration support to VP, Head of Legal & Business Affairs on the London office’s implementation of the Group compliance programme.
- Assisting the anti-piracy team with administrative tasks related to monitoring of online piracy and anti-piracy legal actions
- Assisting with preparation of anti-piracy management reports and presentations
- Attending meetings with anti-piracy colleagues to prepare summaries of agreed actions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced support role within a legal function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- French, Arabic or Turkish speaking would be advantageous

- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Uncompromising attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
