Wij zoeken eenOperationeel Manager Logistiek die het kloppend hart vormt tussen onze keuken en de partymanagers op locatie. In deze dynamische rol zorg jij ervoor dat materialen, eten en drinken precies op het juiste moment op de juiste plek aanwezig zijn — zodat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op een vlekkeloze cateringbeleving.

Logistiek is hierin een cruciale schakel — en jij maakt daar het verschil. In Leek aan de A7 bevindt zich ons hoofdkantoor met keuken en loods. Vanaf hier worden dagelijks onze klanten beleverd.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Manager Logistiek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige logistieke proces rondom onze evenementen. Je stuurt een team aan, werkt mee en zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en klantgerichte uitvoering van alle transport- en opbouwwerkzaamheden.
Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?
- Zorgen voor het in- en uitladen van materialen en producten in de bedrijfswagens
- Correct en veilig besturen van de bedrijfswagens (BE-rijbewijs vereist)
- Afleveren van materialen en producten bij onze opdrachtgevers
- Lezen en correct afhandelen van pakbonnen en checklijsten, evaluaties en nacalculaties
- Controleren en zorgen dat alle benodigdheden voor een partij compleet en op tijd klaarstaan
- Helpen met op- en afbouw op locatie van o.a. meubilair, cateringmaterialen en overige benodigdheden
- Plannen en aansturen van het logistieke team
- Actief meewerken aan de uitvoering van taken
- Schoon en geordend houden van de loods en werkomgeving
- Naleven en controleren van veiligheids- en gezondheidsvoorschriften
- Onderhoud en toezicht op faciliteiten en het wagenpark

- Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, bent flexibel inzetbaar en proactief
- Je hebt geen probleem met onregelmatige diensten (incl. avonden en weekenden)
- Je hebt sterk organisatorisch vermogen en vindt het leuk een jong team aan te sturen
- Je bent representatief, stressbestendig en een echte aanpakker
- Je bent een echte \”timemanager\” en kunt goed plannen
- Ervaring in de horeca of evenementenbranche is een pré
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs BE
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift
