Learning Disabilities Provider Services are looking to recruit to the post of Planning & Recruitment Officer (PCO) to join our small, friendly team. PCO’s are responsible for planning the staffing rotas across the service, ensuring that sickness and leave are covered to maintain safe staffing levels at all times. You must be able to work under pressure and work as a team to resolve issues arising and provide critical cover. We provide services across the city for adults with learning disabilities, which include Supported Living, Short Breaks and Day Opportunities.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate competent IT and resource management skills and be prepared to work some weekends and bank holidays.

Compensation & Working Hours
Full‑time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced‑hour contracts, working part time or as a job share. If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
