We are looking to recruit 4 Green Space Apprentices to work within the Parks & Countryside Service (city wide) to help manage and improve our varied range of parks and green open spaces. We are looking for applicants that have a genuine passion, interest and desire to improve the green spaces of our great city. Full training will be given, and the successful applicants will be expected to work towards and achieve the L2 Landscaping Operative qualification.
Applicants should also be aware that this often practical/physical work is mainly outdoors and does involve working in different and often challenging weather conditions.

- Keen to work outdoors and as part of a team
- Hard working and excited to learn a range of new, outdoor based, hands-on skills
- Looking for a rewarding career, managing and maintaining parks and green open spaces
- Looking to gain a nationally recognised qualification
