Sheffield City Council is building a Customer Experience Capability to improve how residents experience services and how colleagues are supported. The Business Analyst, Customer Journeys will support improvement work across the capability, applying business analysis, service improvement and process redesign to defined projects and work packages.

You will help teams understand current ways of working, identify what needs to change, and shape practical improvements that deliver better customer experiences.
