Sheffield City Council is seeking an experienced Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join the Children with Disabilities Mental Health Team.
You will lead complex assessments, manage CIN/CP/PLO, and coordinate multi-agency planning to ensure safety and positive outcomes for vulnerable children.
You will bring extensive safeguarding experience, a recognised social work qualification, and SW England registration; AMHP qualification is welcomed.
