Sheffield City Council is seeking an experienced Service Manager to provide strategic leadership for the 0–5 SEND Service in Sheffield. You will report to the Assistant Director, lead the team, manage performance and budgets, and work with families, early years settings and partners to deliver inclusive, high-quality support.
The role requires knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage and SEND legislation, plus a proven track record in people leadership, change management and partnership.
