This position is responsible for assisting all talent development activities under GTD for Europe and Mena including the management of Inbox, DISC & 360 assessment compilation. Supervision of LMS, Cognota and Degreed platforms. Act as a producer for virtual sessions. Partner to design and deliver training including customized workshops and regional campaigns, in a variety of methods including virtual and in-person.

This position works closely with the wider Global Talent Development team, HRBPs, Head of HR Europe & Mena, Talent management and business leaders to identify regional or functional needs, design and implement development solutions that support our mission, values, and global competencies. The role requires experience in organizational skills, project/program management, analyzing, developing, implementing, and evaluating talent development solutions globally.

This position will support and report to the Director of Talent Development for Europe & Mena. A hands-on approach, ability to flex and manage between tasks, administrative as well as more senior related activities is a critical element of this role as we are a young fast-growing organization. Ideally, this person should be located within a European time zone.

Essential Duties
  • Project/Program management of participant activities, including registration, completion status, follow-ups, survey feedback management.
  • Management of GTD Inbox, Cognota, and Degreed platforms.
  • Creation and facilitation of customized workshops and training sessions on a variety of topics such as Change Management, Decision Making, Design thinking, Leadership programs.
  • Partner with HRBPs to understand business needs and propose effective learning solutions in alignment with business leaders.
  • Collaborate with global team members to design talent development solutions including yearly focused campaigns in line with BeOne corporate goals.
  • Drive Talent Development communication, advocate learning culture, and promote 70/20/10 philosophy in the organization.
  • Participate in HR and cross-departmental projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting a Talent development/L&D function.
  • Strong presentation skills; delivering training in an effective and consistent manner.
  • Detailed knowledge of adult learning and behaviour theories, methodologies, best practices, and trends with extensive experience in personal effectiveness and leadership skill development.
  • Experience with creating content for the LMS.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization, and influence key stakeholders for Talent Development related initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and high attention to quality.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; collaborative approach to working with others.
  • Proficient at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, VUCA environment.
  • Innovative and open to new ideas.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms).
  • Expertise with Zoom, MS Teams, and other technology platforms to facilitate virtual trainings.
  • Must be able to participate in occasional meetings outside of normal business hours to collaborate with our China, US and JAPAC colleagues.
