The role covers the South & West London - Including Woolwich, Streatham, Richmond & Surrounding areas
Monday - Friday (no weekends)
Your Tasks
- Deliver exceptional in-store execution and achieve KPI targets.
- Build strong relationships with key retail contacts.
- Ensure promotional compliance, availability, and merchandising standards.
- Identify and deliver sales growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.
- Accurately record interventions and utilise field technology systems.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Beiersdorf's values and reputation.
Your Profile

Experience within retail, field sales, merchandising, or FMCG environments.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Commercially minded with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

Comfortable using reporting systems and mobile technology.
