The Field Retail Merchandiser delivers in-store excellence in execution adhering to Beiersdorfs key principles of The Perfect Store. Working across our key brands of Nivea, Elastoplast and Eucerin you will deliver increased visibility and merchandising through the implementation of off shelf displays. You will report on in store findings to various stakeholders and ensure that all KPIs are delivered through continuous improvement.
The role covers Essex and East London areas
Your Tasks
In-Store Compliance and KPI Execution
- Ensure compliance with in-store execution standards and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Increase intervention values and maximise opportunities for growth.
Relationship Management
- Maintain a call file of stores and build relationships with key contacts.
- Facilitate improved in-store plans that benefit Beiersdorf, such as implementing Front of Store (FOS) displays.
Stakeholder Interaction
- Interact with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication regarding strategic priorities, retailer objectives, and PICOS (Plan, Implement, Control, Optimise, Sustain).
Stock Monitoring
- Monitor stock levels and take corrective actions for book stock errors.
- Ensure compliance with promotional activities in-store.
Reporting and Analysis
- Deliver monthly and annual intervention values, translating them into Net Sales value by retailer.
- Report on progress and feedback interventions to the Regional Field Operations Manager.
- Communicate compliance issues to National Account Managers (NAMs) for their respective retailers.
- Regularly report on competitor activities.
Utilisation of Tools and Systems
- Ensure all tools and systems, such as Trax, are fully utilized in all stores.
- Input all interventions at the store level to capture full value.
Performance Standards
- Maintain a full understanding of each retailers expected standards of performance and conduct within the store.
- Promote Beiersdorfs core values and company image to all customers
