As Dermatology Sales Executive, you will be joining at an exciting time where you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in our future growth, focused on enhancing Eucerin's Dermatological products with dermatologists across the midlands area.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for detailing product information and scientific data to dermatologists and key influencers.
- The key objective will be to use the data to influence dermatologists in recommending patients to the Eucerin range via pharmacy, retail or online.
- Develop a strategy, assessing market and target site needs.
- Organising appointments and meetings with private based Dermatologists and key NHS Dermatology sites defined region.
- Maintain an up to date database of customers and conversation statuses via a CRM system.
- Develop partnerships with key local dermatology groups.
- Develop business plans with focus on growing territory and driving awareness.
- Demonstrate or present products to healthcare professionals including Dermatologists, Dermatology Nurses and GPwSIs with specific focus on ingredients, clinical data and benefits to both the patient and HCP.
- Develop long term relationships with key healthcare professionals in order to drive awareness, build trust and professional endorsement and support KOL programme of Medical Management.
- Gather, cluster and forward to Medical Management scientifically and/or medically relevant questions from CUs. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems.
- Manage internal stakeholders and work within a team for achieving joint goals and objectives.
Your Profile
- Experience of medical detailing (especially in Dermatology).
- Relationship building.
- Selling & negotiation.
- Results oriented.
- Autonomous, structured & self-motivated.
- Medical background (skincare knowledge desirable).
- Knowledge of Hospital landscape and Derm KOLs.
- Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays / exhibition support.
