As the Customer Collaboration Executive, you will provide excellent end-to-end supply chain customer service, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring customer operational targets are met. You will build strong customer relationships, drive supply chain best practices, and continuously improve order processes to achieve efficient and effective fulfilment.
Your Tasks
- Customer Supply Chain Management
- Collaborate with customer supply chain teams to identify and implement improvement initiatives.
- Manage supply chain trackers, analyse performance data, and communicate actions.
- Coordinate service levels, stock availability, promotions, and range changes.
- Support sales targets by analysing order patterns and identifying growth opportunities.
- Customer & Order Management
- Own accurate and timely order processing to achieve service level targets.
- Proactively prevent errors, manage demand variations, and support perfect order delivery.
- Communicate new product and data changes, ensuring customer systems remain aligned.
- Relationship & Issue Management
- Act as the supply chain lead within cross-functional account teams.
- Build strong customer relationships, resolve delivery issues, and address root causes.
- Lead regular customer reviews and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Reporting & Performance
- Maintain customer KPI scorecards and service level reporting.
- Monitor orders, availability, and shortages, escalating risks and solutions as required.
- Keep customer profiles, reports, and action plans up to date.
Your Profile
- Experience in Supply Chain, preferably customer focused.
- Strong communicator with proven analytical skills and FMCG supply chain knowledge.
- Comfortable working with SAP and Excel & quick to learn systems.
- Effective at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving results through collaboration.
