Your Tasks
- The Field Retail Merchandiser delivers in-store excellence in execution adhering to Beiersdorf’s key principles of ‘The Perfect Store’.
- Working across our key brands of Nivea, Elastoplast and Eucerin you will deliver increased visibility and merchandising through the implementation of off shelf displays.
- You will report on in store findings to various stakeholders and ensure that all KPI’s are delivered through continuous improvement.
Execution
- To ensure in store compliance and execution KPI’s are met through delivering increased intervention values and maximising opportunities.
- Maintaining a call file of stores, building relationships with key contacts facilitating improved in store plans that benefit Beiersdorf (e.g FOS displays).
- Interacting with key stakeholders in the business to ensure a full communication flow ensuring clarity on strategic priorities, retailer objectives and PICOS.
- Monitoring of stock levels and taking actions such as correcting book stock errors.
- Feeding back on promotions to ensure compliance in store.
- Delivery of monthly and annual intervention value translating to Net Sales value by retailer, reporting on progress.
- To ensure that all tools and systems in place e.g Trax are utilised.
- Full understanding of each retailers’ expected standards of performance and conduct within store.
- To promote the company image by always correctly representing Beiersdorf’s core values to all customers.
Reporting
- Input all interventions at a store level to ensure full value is captured.
- Feedback to Regional Field Operations Manager on interventions delivered in store.
- Report back to National Account Managers on any compliance issues in store for their retailer.
- Regularly report on any competitor activities.
- Completion of Trax in all store.

- Previous field sales experience desirable.
- Live within a commutable distance to Essex.
- The role would suit an individual from a retail or sales background.
