Beicio Cymru is looking for an organised, people‑focused and proactive Workforce and Events Development Coordinator to help shape the future of cycling events across Wales. If you’re passionate about developing people, supporting volunteers and delivering high-quality sporting events, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing and strengthening the cycling community in Wales.

Working at the heart of our Events team, you’ll help build a skilled and motivated workforce while ensuring our events programme runs smoothly from planning through to delivery.

About the Role

The Workforce and Events Development Coordinator is a unique role that combines volunteer development with event operations. Reporting to the Events Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and supporting Beicio Cymru’s network of volunteers, officials and event‑day workforce, while also managing the day‑to‑day administration of our busy events calendar. You’ll work closely with clubs, event organisers, commissaires, volunteers and colleagues across the organisation to ensure our events are professionally delivered and that the people behind them feel supported, valued and inspired.
