Beicio Cymru is looking for an outstanding, commercially mindedCommercial Project Managerto lead the next phase ofLearn to Ride Wales (LTRW)– our flagship national programme with the ambition of giving every child in Wales the confidence, competence and freedom to ride a bike by the time they leave primary school.
We’re looking for someone who can take the programmefrom pilot to national reality– building the franchise network that will scale delivery across Wales and securing and managing the commercial partnerships that will help fund the programme for years to come.
About the Role
TheCommercial Project Managerwill take ownership of Learn to Ride Wales as it moves from its current design and pilot phase towards national rollout.
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll oversee the development and delivery of the programme, hold external delivery partners to account and turn the programme’s emerging brand and commercial model into a sustainable national programme.
A key part of the role will be developing the franchise network that will enable Learn to Ride Wales to scale delivery across Wales, alongside personally securing and managing significant commercial partnerships.
With national rollout planned for summer/autumn 2027, this is a role for someone who can bring pace, commercial thinking and strong project leadership to a complex, multi-partner programme.
