The Workforce and Events Development Coordinator takes active responsibility for building the capacity and capability of Beicio Cymru's events volunteers and workforce — recruiting, developing and recognising the people who make successful event delivery possible, and ensuring Beicio Cymru has a skilled, motivated and growing pool of officials, volunteers and event-day staff for the future.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational delivery of Beicio Cymru's events programme, ensuring every event runs smoothly from registration through to post-event reporting. The role is the operational backbone of the events calendar — managing the event management system, approving and publishing events, coordinating commissaires and officials, producing race manuals, and maintaining accurate communications with event organisers and partners.
The role also provides wider administrative and project support to the Senior Leadership Team and sub-committees as time allows.
