As we scale, Behavox is looking for a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, you will help to drive people programs that fuel high performance, agility and collaboration across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about elevating company performance and building scalable people practices. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll bring deep HR expertise and business acumen to help leaders navigate complex challenges and drive business growth. This role requires a strong ability to influence, advise, and partner cross-functionally.

The success of this role will be measured by its ability to:

  • Serve as the London office site leader, regional HR Business Partner for the UK, and work with leadership across all functions to execute and align talent strategies with business priorities.
  • Support organizational design, team scaling and workforce planning as the business evolves rapidly.
  • Provide expert counsel on complex employee matters.
  • Drive execution of people initiatives in the UK, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and localization for compliance, culture relevance and effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, market and/or technologies.
  • 10+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments (AI, SaaS or deep tech).
  • Deep business acumen and a track record of supporting organizations through rapid growth and change.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent judgement and experience managing complex, nuanced employee matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage ambiguity, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse functions and geographies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively mitigate risks and ensure compliance through sound employee relations practices.
  • Independently lead large-scale initiatives with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Build stage appropriate HR programs and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage performance management, career development, and training programs that support employee growth and engagement.
  • Leverage people metrics and analytics to guide decisions, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with the HRBP for North America and with COEs (e.g. Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Ops) to deliver a unified and seamless employee experience.
