As a Lead Artist, you will oversee the artistic elements of our new mobile game based on a well-established franchise. You will collaborate with the Art Director and Technical Art Director to guide your team, ensuring a motivating and creative environment. Your leadership will help your team achieve project goals while maintaining high-quality art production.

In this role you will :

  1. Guarantee optimal game art production aligned with artistic and technical constraints.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Lead Game Designer, Art Director, Technical Director, and Producer.
  3. Organize and manage the art team based on project needs and team capabilities.
  4. Understand the environments and assets production pipeline.
  5. Participate in production and support team development and skill growth.
  6. Maintain clear communication with upper management about team progress and challenges.

What we\’re looking for :

  1. At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Artist.
  2. 3-5 years of experience working on mobile game productions.
  3. Knowledge of real-time constraints and mastery of graphic tools.
  4. Strong communication skills, proactivity, and team spirit.
  5. Technical English proficiency for daily communication.
  6. Creativity, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback.
  7. Organizational skills and anticipation.
