Behaviour Interactive is partnering with Haenir Studio to develop and publish their hotly anticipated debut IP, Blight: Survival. The game takes place in the no man’s land between two desperate kingdoms locked in a ceaseless war. Within this realm of death and decay, a new strain of Blight has erupted from the remains of the fallen. Fed and strengthened by the blood that’s been spilled, it rapidly spreads – turning man into monster.
We are looking for a Senior AI Designer to join our passionate team working on Blight: Survival. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the game\’s enemy encounters, AI systems, and memorable boss battles. Working closely with the Lead Game Designer and cross-disciplinary teams, you’ll take features from concept to final implementation—crafting compelling and challenging AI behaviours that align with the game\’s vision.
In this role you will :
- Provide relevant design vision and documentation for AI-focused features.
- Create high-quality gameplay that stays within the confines of the direction.
- Create and update all game design documentation.
- Design and implement enemy and boss behaviours that support the core gameplay pillars.
- Test features in both Live and QA environments.
What we\’re looking for :
- 6+ years of experience working in game design in the video game industry.
- Experience in AI Enemy design.
- Experience with melee combat and multiplayer games.
