This is an Entry level, Associate position
Must: 2-3 days onsite at London office per week

Must: 1-2 years as a Project Manager in fieldwork (Quant and Qual)
Behaviorally seeks a driven, forward-thinking, organized project manager to join our operation team.
As Project Manager, your primary responsibility is managing all project coordination and field activities for quantitative and qualitative research projects. This role is specifically within the consumer insights and shopper research industry.
Responsibilities
- Survey & Stimuli Development: Review project scope, draft qualitative screeners, and collaborate with clients to develop stimuli for data collection questionnaires.
- Resource Management: Managing and negotiating with vendors, determining and obtaining the appropriate equipment and materials required for a successful project.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling expenses and proactively managing costs to ensure the project stays within the budget.
- Project Monitoring & Quality Control: Managing project performance against the project plan, identifying and independently resolving issues, and taking corrective action to ensure the project stays on track.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that the project meets high-quality standards, which includes adhering to research methodologies, maintaining accurate data, and complying with Behaviorally standards.
- Cost Estimation for Proposals: Provide the timeline, develop the budget, and determine the required resources.
Skill Set Required
- 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Market Research industry.
- Marketing research background is preferred.
- Experience with digital assets and planogram building.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
- Microsoft proficient: Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong internal/external client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and judgment in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Time management: managing tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: must be able to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Organized and able to multi-task.
Experience with the following is a plus…
- Decipher, data collection platform.
- Monday.com project management tool.
- Global experience: working with teams & vendors overseas for product procurement and fieldwork (quant & qual).
