Qualifications:
- 4+ years of market research experience and/or a graduate degree in marketing research, consumer behavior, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, or related discipline
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 2+ years of experience training and mentoring teams
- A flair for building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and AI, with the ability to evaluate their relevance and impact (no coding required)
- Comfort with digital research platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools for interpreting and communicating data-driven findings
- Experience working in or with subscription-based data or SaaS environments is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end research execution (Quant, Qual) from kick-off through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met
- Ensure quality across all deliverables by reviewing questionnaires, guides, data outputs, and reports to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development and ensuring the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep initiatives on track, while setting up projects in internal systems and briefing execution teams
- Participate in client calls to advise on solutions and ensure projects deliver actionable outcomes
- Leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance research design, data synthesis, and storytelling
- Champion a commercial mindset—linking insights recommendations to business impact, client growth, and measurable ROI
