Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead and develop our senior manager, regional consumer research & insights team for Europe.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, economics, mathematics, statistics, social sciences, marketing, or psychology.
  • 5+ years of experience leading research teams and delivering insights for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture cross‑regional teams across the US, UK, France, Switzerland, and Germany.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Self‑motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and a proactive problem solver.
  • Conversational French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a cross‑regional team that implements tech‑enabled market research projects.
  • Ensure team positioning to deliver all aspects of each Behaviorally product for a successful client engagement.
  • Execute projects in accordance with corporate processes and priorities.
  • Deliver a quality research experience that meets or exceeds satisfaction KPI targets.
  • Proactively create, refine, and enhance processes in collaboration with leadership.

Ownership & Expectations

  • Consistently deliver high‑quality, on‑time Europe CoE projects.
  • Execute projects in compliance with corporate central protocols.
  • Document and develop Europe team processes, protocols, and procedures.
  • Monitor and refine workflow for maximum operational efficiency.
  • Leverage technical innovation and automation to drive improvement.
  • Set, monitor, report, and improve team KPIs in collaboration with leadership.
